Registration Fee Inclusions

The registration fee includes attendance at plenary sessions, poster and oral presentations, three lunches, five refreshment breaks with tea/coffee, one welcome dinner, and transfer service from specific hotels to the conference venue. Accommodation is not included in the registration fee.

Payment Deadline: Registration payment can be made after the abstract is accepted but must be completed no later than 30 September 2024 for the early bird rate or 31 October 2024 for the regular rate.

Group Registration Policy

We are pleased to offer a special group registration discount for The 4th JoPPP-Thailand 2025. Groups of 10 or more participants will receive a 10% discount off the normal registration fee. Below are the details and requirements for availing this discount:

Eligibility

  • The discount applies to groups of 10 participants or more registering together.
  • All participants in the group must register under the same organization or affiliation.

How to Register

  1. Download and complete the Group Registration Form available on the official conference website ([Link to application form]).
  2. A representative of the group should submit the completed form via email to [email protected] with the subject line: "Group Registration for The 4th JoPPP-Thailand 2025."
  3. The organizing committee will review the submission and inform the group representative of the total conference fee (with the discount applied) and the payment methods via email.
  4. Once payment has been completed, the group representative must send the payment proof to the organizing committee via email.
  5. The organizing committee will issue a unique registration code for the group. The number of codes issued will equal the number of group members. Each individual in the group must complete their personal registration using their assigned code.

Payment

  • The total discounted fee must be paid in one single transaction to qualify for the discount.
  • Payment details will be provided upon confirmation of the group registration.
  • Proof of payment must be sent to [email protected] to finalize the registration process.

Terms and Conditions

  1. The 10% discount applies only to the normal registration fee and does not include additional costs such as add-ons or late fees.
  2. All participants in the group must complete their registration and payment by 30 September 2025 to qualify for the discount.
  3. Group registration is non-cancellable, and refunds are not permitted. However, substitutions within the group are allowed until 31 October 2025. If you have concerns, please contact the organizing committee.

Conference Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we aim to accommodate registered participants who wish to cancel their attendance at the 4th JoPPP-Thailand 2025. Please carefully review our cancellation and refund policy below:

Cancellation Procedure

Registered participants who wish to cancel their conference attendance must submit a written request via email to the organizing committee at [email protected]. The email subject line should be: “Conference Cancellation from [Your Name].”

Refund Policy

Refunds for conference registration fees will be processed as follows:
1.Cancellations Approved by 30 September 2025:
A full refund of the registration fee (100%) will be issued.
2.Cancellations Approved Between 1-31 October 2025:
A 50% refund of the registration fee will be issued.
3.Cancellations After 31 October 2025:
No refund will be issued for cancellations made after this date.

Additional Terms

  • Refunds will be processed only after the conclusion of the conference.
  • Refunds will be issued at a fixed exchange rate of 1 USD = 35 THB (or an appropriate rate at the time of confirmation).
  • Any transaction fees or charges related to the refund process will be deducted from the refunded amount.
